Return s as a bare DOT identifier when it matches [A-Za-z_][A-Za-z_0-9]*, otherwise return quote(s).

The bare form keeps round-trip-friendly output for the default graph_name = "CA" while protecting names that contain spaces or other characters DOT does not allow bare.
