f(args...) is a valid call expression, exactly as written.
Mirrors a plain call f(args...) with F and Args carrying the value category and const-ness of the call site (e.g. CallableWith<Op &, const T &> for op(item) with op a non-const lvalue and item a const T &). Unlike std::invocable, it does not go through std::invoke, so it rejects member pointers, which a plain call cannot use either. The result type is unconstrained.
| F | callable type, including its reference/const category. |
| Args | argument types, including their reference/const category. |
