Detailed Description

A binary tree node usable by tpl_binNodeUtils.H.

Requires the protocol DECLARE_BINNODE generates: a key_type, the NullPtr sentinel, and on a non-const node getL()/getR() returning the link itself (Node *&, what LLINK/RLINK assign through) and get_key(). cv-qualifiers on Node are ignored: the utilities may be instantiated with const Node, whose getL() returns a const Node * by value.
